3RD SCAMMED GUJARAT COMPANY IN KG BASIN, CORRUPTED SEBI

August07, 2017 (C) Ravinder Singh progressindia2015@gmail.com
As per the latest SEBI order ‘Your Company can be Down Graded to Junk Grade by Rating Agencies When You Make First Loan Default’ without ascertaining the cause of it >>

n  Is most scandalous because India has few ‘Rated Companies’ SEBI can kill them all,

n  SEBI is not directing Rating Agencies to kill down ‘Companies Who Pay Little or No Dividend for years as habit but reporting huge profits are allowed Unlimited Bank Funding, Who Avoid Paying Taxes, Operate 100 Subsidiaries, Many More Shell Companies and itself owned by Shell Companies of Promoters with Common Non Professional Promoters – are not killed.’

n  RIL & GSPC guzzled public money since allocation of Oil & Gas blocks in 1999 but failed to produced promised Oil & Gas – are not Black Listed.

n  SEBI is Totally CORRUPTED because Forget Its Own Officers it is the Business Public Publications which Tell SEBI the top Loss Making, Top in Debt, Lowest Dividend Paying Companies.
n  Even BLIND SEBI could PICK TOP DEFAULTERS.

ü It is Scandalous that a Subsidiary of failed GSPC – GITL is not JUKED along with GSPC – maintains interest in KG Basin through Connecting Pipeline.

ü GSPC is obviously JUNK GRADE.

ü SEBI didn’t object to Restricted sale of Junked GSPC assets to ONGC for high price – Not At Junk Price When ONGC ought to have taken over entire GSPC Oil & Gas Exploration Business in Public Interest.
ü Reliance Jio continues be ALIVE without reporting any Earnings for 7 years, Offering Free Services than Reporting Sales & Profits.
ü RBI & SEBI has different rules for Gujarat Companies and Rest of India companies.

THE BP STATISTICAL REVIEW OF WORLD ENERGY

Aug
17
CPR Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment is pleased to invite you to the
The BP Statistical Review of World Energy
Dr. Kaushik Deb
Thursday, 17 August 2017, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Conference Hall, Centre for Policy Research
The BP Statistical Review of World Energy provides high-quality objective and globally consistent data on world energy markets. In this edition, we note that growth in global primary energy consumption remained low in 2016; and the fuel mix shifted away from coal towards lower carbon fuels. Energy markets were buffeted by two separate forces: the continued adjustment to the short-run cyclical shocks that have rocked energy markets in recent years, particularly the oil market; and the growing gravitational pull of the longer-run energy transition that is under way. 2016 was a year of both short-run adjustments and long-run transition, and this year’s Statistical Review shines a light on both influences.
About the Speaker: Dr. Kaushik Deb is an economist at  BP in India where he is responsible for overseeing the analysis of natural gas markets in Group Economics, with a focus on LNG markets. Before BP, Kaushik was a Director at IDFC. He has two decades of research, consulting and teaching experience in a variety of infrastructure sectors, including sector restructuring studies, energy-environment-economy modeling, energy and environmental economics. Dr. Deb holds a D.Sc. in Applied Economics from ETH, Zurich and an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
The talk will be accompanied by lunch. Please do RSVP at climate.initiative.cpr@gmail.com so that we can account for your order.

RAJIV KUMAR,IN GOI, NITI AYOG REPLACED

August06, 2017 © Ravinder Singh progressindia2015@gmail.com
This government had ‘Too Many, By My Standard, All Nano Leaders Without Silencers’ as real appraisal of their performance – Rajiv Kumar is the only one in this government with Silencer so far.
I know him for 17 years – invited to Events organized by his NGOs. He listens to everyone including Worst Critics – His writings didn’t IMPRESS me was critical of him. But he knows what’s required to achieve 10% growth, how growth could be even 12%-15% in near future.
Only good thing about Rajiv Kumar is that he has watched Progress of Economy from FAKE Shining to GREAT LEAP during UPA-I – Slow Down in UPA-II primarily due Negative Campaigns, Agitations & Litigations – to Nose Dive in last three years.
Credit Growth to Industry $427b June14, $406 June17 (-) 5%
He Clearly Knows Under UPA Rule Credit Growth to Industry could be Even 25% Annually – But Per Capita (-) 11% in Three Years.
Non Food bank credit increased by 13.0% in June 2014 as compared to 13.5% in June 2013.
Non-Food bank credit increased by 4.8% in June 2017 as compared to 7.9% in June 2016.
Credit to industry increased by 10.3% in June 2014 as compared to 14.2% in June 2013.
Credit to industry contracted 1.1% in June 2017 in contrast with an increase of 0.6% in June 2016.
NDA-II need to replace 11 Dead Trees* – 5 Ministers, Jaitley, Gadkari, Prabhu, Bharti, Prasad for their WEIRD IDEAS, LIES & EXPERIMENTS and Kant, Chand, Debroy, Saraswat, Chand 5 in Niti Ayog for their Spineless Character.
*Dead Trees Don’t Absorb CO2 & Release OXYGEN – Are Dangerous also.
11th RBI Governor Urjit Patel, though can’t be removed but can be persuaded – a Duck Grade professional who couldn’t see GSPC Zero Output [Rs.20,000 Cr NPA Worst in India] even in 20 plus years – as GoI appointed Director.
Amitabh Kant has flopped for 7-8 years since he moved from Kerala to Center is top liar also. He never admits he had been a total disaster all his life. He takes credit for creating ‘Gods Own Country Campaign – Kerala has slipped in Tourist Arrival Ranking since then’.
Ramesh Chand from Punjab where Farmers are in ‘Deep Economic Crisis’ in spite of world record productivity. ——–
Rajiv Kumar in Niti Ayog has marginal role in Directing Economy, no Control over Implementation unlike Montek Alhuwalia in Planning Commission.
