Few seminars and more politics in campus is making the ,mockery of the education, sports looks non-events and competetion in extra-curriculars are in state of low din with their studies. Universities follow the old rules and follow set procedure in era of vibrant economy and in global set up we seems to aping the west on matter related to higher education in which the merit and excellence is core and thus cannot be formulated in one set of rules.Nksagar
