Ketsana flee in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH:Ketsana Typhoon after severe hit the Philippines,Vietnam shattered battering everyday life of Kampong Thom province in central Cambodia. More than dozen people lost their life in Sandan District on Tuesday,the typhoon also destroyed dozens of houses.Laos blazed with winds of up to 145 kilometres per hour. Cambodian police and government officials said at least 11 had died in that country's northeastern and central regions."At least nine people were crushed last night when their houses fell down," said Chea Cheat, officials of Red Cross office in central Kampong Thom province and they were distributing tents and food, assessing damage across in five provinces. Seth Vannareth,Director,department of meteorology, said Cambodians were experiencing high flooding but the storm's high winds were decreasing it moved over the country."It will be not very strong anymore. It is not a typhoon anymore," she said. Depression may lose strength, continue pulling much moisture in from the South China Sea, spreading wet weather over most of Indochina.Tokyo and Shanghai may have periods of heavy rainfall.Drizzle with scattered showers are likely in Hong Kong,eastern China could have thunderstorms. Western and southern Japan should expect wet weather as per reports of weathermen.
