India is a big country in 1975 an investment of Rs 10 lakhs in Plant and machinery was termed SSi unit and there was a magazine called Ssi from 46 Churchgate Bombay Nksagar was its Delhi Representative.Mazaine used to carry product profile of small scale industries and was quite known in SSi sector.India had in 2006 approximately 12.5 Millions SSi units with employment to the tune of 30 Millions and gross national industrial production to the tune of 40 % and exports contributes 35 %.

With India reaching to IT for SME industry which makes the SME work at ease with their lap tops,mobile and desk computer is creating revolution in SME sector.CEO of small scale industries not tuned to computers are turning to their kith's and kins to upgrade themselves with latest details of their industry.In India, IT solutions to the MSME sector must
come at low cost or no cost, if penetration of IT has to increase.
