Libya, the army has fired volleys of rockets at the rebel-held town of Zintan in the western mountains. According to the United Nations , the civil war has forced thousands of people to flee on foot and by boat. Rebels say, more than 40 Grad rockets hit Zintan yesterday . Aid deliveries to the western port of Misrata were hindered by artillery fire and mines near the harbour entrance.
Meanwhile ,the chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo has said he believes he has reasonable grounds to charge forces loyal to Libya's leader Col. Muammar Gaddafi with crimes against humanity. In a report to the UN Security Council he says such charges could include murder, unlawful detention, torture and persecution. Media agencies
